These terms govern your use of GOLLY!, a karaoke room companion app operated under the GOLLY! name. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your phone number and linked contact methods accurate. Do not impersonate others, create abusive accounts, or bypass safety controls.
User Content
You are responsible for display names, chat messages, profile content, reports, and other content you submit. Do not post illegal, harassing, hateful, explicit, infringing, spam, or abusive content. We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts to protect users and the service.
Rooms And Conduct
Use GOLLY! respectfully in karaoke rooms. Do not interfere with room operation, exploit scoring or in-app point systems, harass users, scrape data, reverse engineer private APIs, or attempt unauthorized access.
Digital Goods And Subscriptions
Gimms, VIP, SVIP, room cosmetics, and other app features are digital goods or entitlements. Purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play where required, with entitlement sync handled by RevenueCat. Purchases are subject to the refund rules of the platform used, plus applicable law. Gimms are closed-loop in-app points used only for supported digital entertainment features inside GOLLY!.
Promotions
Promotional codes, grants, and rewards may be limited by time, region, account, product, or abuse-prevention rules. We may modify or end promotions at any time.
Service Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, prices, rewards, virtual items, or availability. We will try to avoid disrupting paid entitlements without reasonable cause.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect scoring accuracy, availability of every song, or compatibility with every device or venue.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOLLY! is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Termination
You may stop using GOLLY! or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, security risks, or abuse.
