Account Help
Include the phone number used to sign in, your display name if known, device platform, and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment card numbers.
Purchases
For App Store or Google Play purchases, include the platform and approximate purchase time. Do not send payment card numbers.
Safety
Use in-app Report user and Block user controls whenever possible. For urgent safety or moderation issues, email support with the room context, user display name, and a description of what happened. Read our Child Safety Standards.
Account Deletion
Delete your account in the app from Profile -> Settings -> Delete my account. If you no longer have the app, use the web form at gollytheapp.com/account-deletion.
